Welcome to EVAB!

As our industry rapidly evolves to become more electric, Ducker Carlisle found that we lacked a dedicated outlet for OEMs to discuss their long-term EV strategies, especially when it comes to parts and service. In 2023, we launched the Electric Vehicle Aftersales Benchmark (EVAB), designed to be a holistic forum for OEMs to openly discuss and learn about EV aftersales strategies. While originally launched with a focus on the Automotive industry, EVAB has since expanded to include Heavy Equipment OEMs who are also on the path to electrification. This benchmark conference tackles the full spectrum of challenges and obstacles that EVs require so that OEMs can implement best practices and leading insight into their strategic efforts.

We are excited to continuing growing this conference in 2025. NEW this year, we will have concurrent breakout sessions on Day 2 of the conference. As the conference is growing, we are adding more sessions, allowing attendees to join sessions that are geared toward their specific interests.

The EVAB 2025 Conference will be held August 20th-21st in Phoenix, AZ. We hope to see you there!

Who Should Attend

The conference is all about the open conversation among peers.  EVAB is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in learning about these topics and/or can represent their OEM in sharing these topics. Sessions will be set up to  facilitate open conversation. It is important to ensure that you are comfortable speaking on the topics and come prepared to share and learn for other participants.
